Must the son who disposed of his father's estate without giving his sister and mother their due, return the money from his own wealth, or after selling the house, or should he inform his siblings and ask them for help in returning the rights?

Issues of inheritance are serious and complex and require presentation to Sharia courts or consultation with scholars, especially in cases of disputes. Every heir, male or female, must be given their due right, and no one is permitted to dispose of the inheritance without the consent of the other heirs. Whoever takes the right of another is obligated to return it. None of the heirs is permitted to use inherited real estate alone without the consent of the others. In the presence of minors, their legal guardian shall handle their affairs. These are general rules and not a direct fatwa.
