Was the action of the man who raised the hand of the one prostrating, thinking he was squatting, correct?

There is no harm for a praying person to alert someone next to them about something that deserves attention, out of sincere advice, provided that it does not involve speaking, excessive movement, or turning away from the Qiblah.
