What is the ruling on the internal discussion that took place regarding pointing the feet towards the Qiblah in prayer? Is it obligatory to dedicate one's intention to Allah when pointing the feet, following the example of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)? And what if they are slightly deviated?

Following the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and obeying him is not an act of worship directed to him, but rather an act of obedience and worship to Allah. Indeed, Allah Almighty commanded us in His Book to follow him. An example of this is pointing the toes towards the Qiblah during prostration, in emulation of the Prophet's Sunnah. This does not contradict sincerity to Allah, because obedience to the Messenger is obedience to Allah. Ibn Qudamah explicitly stated the desirability of prostrating on the tips of the toes while pointing them towards the Qiblah, citing the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "I was commanded to prostrate on seven bones."
