Is raising one's voice collectively with Takbir and Tasbih in the mosque upon hearing good news an innovation (bid'ah)?

When the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saw something that pleased him, he would say: "Allahu Akbar (Allah is the Greatest). O Allah, there is no life but the life of the Hereafter." It is permissible to say "Allahu Akbar" upon seeing something joyful and to raise one's voice with it, without exaggeration. The agreed-upon congregational "takbir" (saying "Allahu Akbar" together) is not legislated. However, the concurrence of individual "takbirs" without prior agreement is not prohibited. Prostration of thankfulness (sujud ash-shukr) is also permissible if the matter is significant.
