Is it permissible to purchase an apartment through an Islamic bank for 25,000 dinars, to be paid in installments over twenty years, making the total amount paid 50,000 Jordanian dinars?

If the Islamic bank genuinely acquires ownership of the apartment and then sells it to you in installments, there is no objection to this transaction, whether you pay a portion of the price as a down payment or not.
