Is it permissible to employ a Muslim who does not pray if no one else is available?

If a Muslim is found praying, it is better not to employ a disbeliever or a Muslim who abandons prayer; because, according to some scholars, one who completely abandons prayer is considered like a disbeliever. If no one else is available, there is no harm in employing him, while obligating him to repent and perform prayer, and utilizing his need to command him with the duties and obligations of Islam.
