Is it permissible to use the phrase "Allah does not strike with a stick," which means that divine punishment may come upon one's wealth or children and not necessarily by means of a stick?

If the meaning of the phrase is that "divine punishment for an individual may not necessarily be by means of a thick stick with which an angel strikes him, and that it may be in his wealth or in his children...etc." then we see no objection to using it, because this meaning is correct.
