Am I obligated to feed ten needy persons for each day if I swore to pray in congregation upon hearing the dawn adhan or the mobile alarm, then I slept after hearing the adhan?

A capable man must perform congregational prayers unless he has a legitimate excuse. If he swore not to intentionally sleep through the Fajr prayer in congregation, and then broke his oath, he must repent and offer expiation for the oath. The expiation is repeated with each instance of breaking the oath. The expiation for an oath is feeding ten poor people, or clothing them, or freeing a slave, or fasting three days.
