Is it permissible to supplicate with, "O Allah, grant me a righteous husband, a حافظًا لكتاب الله (one who memorizes the Book of Allah), a خيِّرًا (good person), one who makes me happy, a متعلمًا (educated person), and of beautiful appearance"?

There is no harm in supplicating for a righteous husband who possesses the mentioned qualities, but one must be careful that these aspirations do not lead to delaying marriage or abstaining from it, as initiating marriage is among the good deeds. A girl should not let these aspirations lead her to spinsterhood and miss out on the benefits of marriage.
