Do the Imam and the congregants say, upon finishing the bowing: "Allah hears the one who praises Him," and then the congregants say: "O Allah, our Lord, to You be praise"?

Reciting "Sami' Allahu liman hamidah" (Allah hears those who praise Him) and "Rabbana wa lakal-hamd" (Our Lord, to You be all praise) is a recommended Sunnah according to the majority of scholars and obligatory according to the Hanbalis. An individual performing prayer alone combines both. The Imam combines both according to the Shafi'is and Hanbalis, and this is the preferred view. A congregant (ma'mum) recites only "Rabbana wa lakal-hamd" according to the majority of scholars, and this is the preferred view.
