The answer

A Muslim must avoid working in places where alcoholic beverages are served, based on the Almighty's saying: (O you who have believed, indeed intoxicants, gambling, [sacrificing on] stone altars [to other than Allah ], and divining arrows are but defilement from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may be successful) Al-Ma'idah/90. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed ten categories of people related to alcohol, including its carrier and its server.

Therefore, it is not permissible to work as a pilot for an airline that serves alcohol on its flights, nor is it permissible to travel on an airplane where alcohol is served, except in cases of extreme necessity.
