As for the difference in flour types, it does not affect the ruling unless the flour is of one genus and the bread is of another genus. In such a case, the sale is permissible on condition of immediate possession and no deferment, like selling wheat flour for barley bread. A genus is that which encompasses different types, and a type is that which encompasses different things in their individual persons. Any two types that share a specific name belong to the same genus.
