Is it permissible for a veiled female student to advise religious young men in a mixed environment regarding actions she considers forbidden and infuriating?

"Calling to Allah, enjoining what is good and forbidding what is evil, and offering sincere advice are obligations upon every Muslim, to the extent of their ability and with wisdom. This was the mission of the prophets and those who followed them. It is permissible for a woman to enjoin good upon men or forbid evil from them if there is no fear of temptation, such as if she is elderly or in the presence of other women; otherwise, it is not permissible."
