Is a garment considered impure if a son touches it after touching his urine, and no trace of the urine appears on the garment?

If a child touches something impure, and then with his dry hand touches a pure, dry garment, the garment does not become impure. This is because if something impure meets something pure while both are dry, it does not make it impure.
