Is clothing considered impure upon touching the private parts and then touching the clothing, or upon wetting the underwear with water while washing the private parts?

After purifying the male organ from urine, it becomes pure. Consequently, the hand does not become impure by touching it, nor do clothes become impure if a person touches them with their hand. As for the water resulting from istinjāʾ (washing after relieving oneself), if the impurity of urine has been removed, then the water is pure and does not make clothes impure. However, if the water from istinjāʾ splashes onto clothes before the urine has been purified, or if it is mixed with urine, then it is impure, and the affected area must be purified. It is advisable to be wary of obsessive thoughts (waswasah).
