What is the ruling on the ground and clothes becoming impure after washing a suspicious fluid from the private parts, and is it obligatory to repeat the washing and change clothes for prayer?

It is not obligatory to wash the inner part of the private parts from menstruation or janabah (major ritual impurity), and the virgin and the previously married woman are the same in this regard according to the most authoritative opinion. Therefore, if the fluid does not exit to the outer part of the private parts, it is not obligatory to wash it. The water dripping from the body is pure unless it is certain that it is impure. If it is certain that it is impure, then the ground or clothes are not judged to be impure unless it is certain that the water that touched them became impure by the fluid from the private parts. Otherwise, impurity is not decreed. It is advisable not to preoccupy oneself with such matters to avoid obsessive doubts (waswas).
