Is it obligatory to wash clothes if there are traces of madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) or maniy (seminal fluid) on them after waking up, and is this considered among the minor impurities that are overlooked, taking into account the Almighty's saying: "He has placed upon you no difficulty in religion"?

If you are certain about the presence of madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) and its location, it is obligatory to wash it off. Otherwise, the entire garment must be washed or changed for prayer, regardless of whether it is a small or large amount. Only blood is excused in small amounts among impurities, unless it is difficult to avoid. As for maniy (seminal fluid), a full ritual bath (ghusl (definition)) is obligatory due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying, "Water is from water." However, it is not obligatory to wash it off clothes because it is pure, but it is recommended to wash it. And Allah's saying, "And He has not placed upon you in religion any difficulty," means the removal of hardship in religious obligations, whether by waiving them, lightening them, or opening the door to repentance.
