Is it obligatory to wash clothes from madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) if it has dried on them, and is everything dry pure, including dried traces of urine on clothes?

"Madhī" is a thin, white, sticky fluid that is discharged when one feels desire, but not with lust or gushing, and sometimes its emission is not even felt. It is impure (najis), and whatever part of the body it touches must be washed. As for clothes, what touches them must be sprinkled with water (nadh), based on the hadith of Sahl ibn Hunayf. The drying of impurity on clothes is not sufficient for purification, according to the majority of scholars. Therefore, if clothes are stained with madhī or urine, they must be purified with water, even after they have dried.
