If madhy (pre-seminal fluid) comes into contact with wet clothing, does only the part touched by the madhy become impure, or does the entire wet part of the clothing become impure, and do the outer garments become impure?

It is obligatory to sprinkle water on whatever part of the inner and outer garments, wet or dry, has been stained by madhy (pre-seminal fluid). Abu Dawud narrated that Sahl ibn Hunayf reported the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to have said concerning madhy: "It is sufficient for you to take a handful of water and sprinkle it on your garment wherever you think it has been stained."
