The answer

Obsessive whispering (waswasah) is one of the most dangerous ailments that must be struggled against and not allowed to take hold. If obsessive whispering presents itself to you concerning any act of worship, turn away from it and do not pay attention to it.

If it whispers to you that your prayer is invalid, continue with it and do not interrupt it unless you have absolute certainty of its invalidity.

If you doubt that your clothes or body have been touched by impurity, the original state is purity, so do not pay attention to the doubt.

If you are certain that impurity has transferred to your outer garment, wash only the contaminated area.

It is not necessary to inspect clothes after waking up to ensure that nothing has exited, as the original state is that nothing has exited.

Sperm (mani) is pure according to the most preponderant opinion, and for pre-seminal fluid (madhy), sprinkling water is sufficient.

The original state of the bathroom floor, sandals, and scattered water therein is purity, unless there is certainty of impurity.

If you are certain that something from your clothes has been contaminated by urine splatter, wash only the contaminated area by pouring water over it.
