The answer

"Madhī" is a thin, white, sticky fluid that is discharged when one feels desire, but not with lust or gushing, and sometimes its emission is not even felt. It is impure (najis), and whatever part of the body it touches must be washed. As for clothes, what touches them must be sprinkled with water (nadh), based on the of Sahl ibn Hunayf. The drying of impurity on clothes is not sufficient for purification, according to the majority of scholars. Therefore, if clothes are stained with madhī or urine, they must be purified with water, even after they have dried.
