In the name of God, Most Gracious, Most Merciful. Is it true that our master Ali was born inside the Kaaba?

The child born inside the Kaaba was Hakim ibn Hizam, may Allah be pleased with him, and this is what most historians have reported. Imam al-Hakim mentioned that the reports have reached the level of tawatur (mass transmission) that Fatimah bint Asad gave birth to Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah honor his face, inside the Kaaba.
