A man is not permitted to look at a woman who is a stranger to him except for the purpose of proposing marriage, and it is forbidden for him to be alone with her. What occurred was a temptation from Satan, and immediate repentance is obligatory. The repair surgery is not permissible due to the -based prohibitions that result from it. You must offer sincere repentance by abandoning the sin, regretting it, and resolving not to return to it. As for the defloration, you are liable for the 'arsh (compensation) for the crime of defloration if it occurred without the girl's consent, or with her consent if she was not mature. The estimation of the 'arsh is to be referred to trustworthy experts.
