How do human freedom and will align with God's absolute knowledge and His preordainment of everything in the Preserved Tablet, considering that nothing in the universe can contradict His will or cosmic plan?

We do not affirm freedom in the sense of independence from Allah's decree. Rather, we affirm a choice for humans, on account of which they are held accountable and recompensed, but this choice does not fall outside Allah's preordainment and decree. Therefore, humans have both free will and are subject to divine decree, and each is facilitated for what they were created. The difference between voluntary and involuntary actions is evident in that accountability and recompense apply to the former, not the latter. Reconciling the affirmation of divine decree with the will of the servant may be beyond human comprehension due to Allah's secret in His decree, so submission and belief in the unseen are obligatory. Delving deeply into the unseen with pure intellect may lead to error.
