A woman is permitted to dispose of her wealth as she wishes. There is no harm in her helping her fiancé financially without the permission of any of her family members, while noting that she is still a stranger to him until the legal marriage contract is concluded. Therefore, it is not permissible for him to sit or speak with her except out of necessity, and in the presence of a mahram (definition) or someone who eliminates khalwa (definition) (private seclusion), along with her wearing hijab (definition) and ensuring there is no fitna (temptation).
