Is it permissible for me to write down my possessions in the names of my daughters, given that my wife is pressing me to do so, or is refraining from doing so out of fear of Allah the correct thing to do?
There is no harm in you gifting your money to your daughters, provided there is justice between them. If you gift some of it and keep the rest, maintaining affection between you and your brothers, that would be better, but it is not obligatory. Furthermore, this gift does not become part of the inheritance unless the daughters have taken possession of it and disposed of it as owners, or it remained with you as their agent.
