Is it permissible for a person to write off their share of inheritance to their two daughters by means of sale or gift, and which of them is more correct and not forbidden? And is there any prohibition in that by preventing the heirs from their inheritance?

It is permissible, Islamically, for you to grant your share to your two daughters and your wife during your lifetime and while you are in good health. This gift becomes effective even if you intend to disinherit heirs. However, it is not appropriate to do so with the intention of disinheriting heirs, as this may fall under forbidden stratagems. We advise you to fear Allah and leave things as they are, and not to write your share over to your daughters with the intention of disinheriting your brothers, for every soul will receive its destined provision.
