What is the ruling on reading a colored Mushaf where the borders of each Juz' are a different color, without coloring the verses themselves?

There is no harm in reading from a colored Mushaf or in coloring it. Indeed, coloring is permissible, especially if it serves a legitimate purpose, such as distinguishing the script from the diacritics, or highlighting certain passages, as the Salaf used to do.
