Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to touch a colored Tajweed Qur'an, which includes explanations of recitation rules and interpretations of some words, considering it a book of تفسير (exegesis) and not a pure مصحف (Qur'an)?

A menstruating woman is not permitted to touch the Mushaf (copy of the Quran), based on the Hadith: "None shall touch the Quran except one who is pure." Some scholars have appended to the Mushaf anything in which the Quranic text predominates over interpretation. However, if the interpretation is more extensive, it is permissible to touch it, such as books of Tafsir (exegesis), Hadith books, jurisprudence texts, and treatises that contain some Quranic verses, because these are not Mushafs. As for a Tajweed Mushaf, it is not permissible for a menstruating woman to touch it because it is a Mushaf, and the Quranic text predominates within it.
