Is it permissible for a menstruating woman to touch a partial Qur'an, not a complete Qur'an?

It is not permissible for a menstruating woman to touch the entire Qur’an or parts of it, because Allah the Almighty says: (None shall touch it save the purified) [Quran 56:79], and because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not touch the Qur’an except when you are pure." However, some scholars have permitted her to touch it with a barrier or a stick if she needs to do so for learning or teaching.
