Is the marriage contract considered valid, and if I request a divorce, will I be considered divorced if my marriage contract was performed without my signature on the contract?

If the marriage (nikah (definition)) is conducted with its pillars and legal conditions, then it is valid. It is not a condition for its validity that the wife signs the marriage contract document. Rather, what is required is to seek her permission if she is a virgin (bikr) or her explicit command if she is a previously married woman (thayyib), as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A previously married woman should not be married until she is consulted, and a virgin should not be married until her permission is sought." In this situation, the wife is not divorced, and she does not have the right to seek a divorce without a legitimate Islamic excuse.
