Marriage is religiously commanded and naturally desirable. It should not be delayed when its time comes, except for a valid reason. Marriage holds immense benefits in both religious and worldly aspects; it helps lower the gaze and safeguard chastity, and it provides tranquility, affection, and mercy. Islam has encouraged it to increase the number of Muslims. Therefore, if you have reached the age of twenty-four and are capable of marriage, we advise you to proceed with it.
