What should be done when a family refuses their 24-year-old son's marriage, claiming he is too young, even though he is employed?

Marriage is religiously commanded and naturally desirable. It should not be delayed when its time comes, except for a valid reason. Marriage holds immense benefits in both religious and worldly aspects; it helps lower the gaze and safeguard chastity, and it provides tranquility, affection, and mercy.
