Why does the feeling of suffocation and chest tightness, and the precursors to quarreling with the husband, recur, despite maintaining prayer and reciting Surat Al-Baqarah daily?

One must repent to Allah for sins and transgressions, as they are a cause of worry, sorrow, and chest tightness. One should also review their commitment to all of Allah's commands and not limit themselves to some of them. Among the reasons for the expansion of the chest are Tawhid (monotheism), the light of faith, beneficial knowledge inherited from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, turning to Allah with repentance and love, constant remembrance [of Allah], beneficence towards creation, and maintaining lawful Ruqyah (incantations).
