Does one feel chest tightness, especially at Maghrib times and on Fridays? Are there specific reasons for this feeling, and what supplications and actions can relieve this tightness?

The greatest causes for the expansion of the breast are Tawhid (Oneness of God), which is a light Allah casts into the servant's heart, and inherited knowledge from the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, and turning back to Allah with repentance and loving Him with all one's heart, and remembering Him constantly in every state and place, and doing good to creation and benefiting them with wealth, status, and physical effort.
