Is it permissible to pray behind a man whose daughters are immodestly dressed?

A dayouth is a man who has no ghira (protective jealousy) over his family. Ahmad Shakir described men who allow their women to go out displaying their adornment as dayayith (plural of dayouth).

Whoever approves of his daughters or wives going out displaying their adornment is thereby a disobedient person (fasiq). Such a person is not fit to be an Imam, and praying behind him is simultaneously disliked (makrooh) and valid (sahih).
