Is there a legitimate (Shar'i) revocable divorce by pronouncement that is adopted in fatwa or judicial rulings, and is there a need to prompt the mufti?

For a valid (Shariah-compliant) رجعة (reconciliation after a revocable divorce), it is not a condition for its validity to feel remorse over the divorce, nor to resolve not to divorce in the future. Likewise, it does not require a specific phrasing. Rather, it occurs by the husband saying: "I take my wife back" or similar explicit phrases, or phrases that imply this meaning along with the intention.
