Is listening to children's songs or TV show theme songs for adults haram?

Listening to songs accompanied by musical instruments and wind instruments is forbidden for both adults and children, whether in TV series or elsewhere. As for songs free of music and unlawful speech, it is permissible to listen to them if the audible voice is permissible.
