Is it permissible to listen to musical sound effects and let children listen to them in animated films (Islamic and non-Islamic), if they are merely effects and not associated with any songs?

Allah has entrusted parents with their children, and obligated them to do what is best for them. Thus, everyone is a guardian and responsible for their flock. Allah has also forbidden Paradise to every guardian who betrays his flock. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded that children be accustomed to acts of obedience, such as prayer and fasting, from the age of seven and ten years, otherwise sin would fall upon the parents. Listening to music is forbidden, and children should not be allowed to listen to forbidden things.
