What motivates a person to embrace Islam and believe in the message of the Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and what is the aspect of miraculousness in the Holy Quran and its challenge: "Then let them produce a discourse like it, if they should be truthful"?

Several proofs attest to the truth of Islam and the veracity of Prophet Muhammad's prophethood, peace and blessings be upon him. These include: the testimony of human nature (fitra) which aligns with Islam's call; the rational proofs whose texts contain nothing that reason would reject; the miracles and extraordinary signs with which Allah supported the Prophet, such as water gushing from between his fingers; the prophecies he foretold which came to pass exactly as he stated; the perfect characteristics and noble attributes of the Prophet; the essence of his call to monotheism and the eradication of polytheism; the glad tidings of his coming found in the scriptures of previous prophets; and finally, the miraculous nature of the Holy Quran in its eloquence, legislation, predictions of the unseen, and its challenge to humanity to produce anything like it.
