What are the concepts of Hadith Sahih, Hadith Hasan, and Hadith Da'if?

The Authentic Hadith (Hadith Sahih): Its chain of narration is continuous, with reliable and precise narrators transmitting from similarly reliable and precise narrators, all the way to its end, while being free from anomalousness (shudhudh) and defectiveness (illah).

The Good Hadith (Hadith Hasan): Its chain of narration is continuous, with reliable narrators whose level of precision is not on the same level as that stipulated for the Sahih, and it is free from anomalousness (shudhudh) and defectiveness (illah).

The Weak Hadith (Hadith Da'if): That which does not possess the characteristics of the Sahih nor the characteristics of the Hasan.
