The answer

Savings accounts in Islamic banks are based on the (profit-sharing) system, and there is no objection to them if they adhere to its conditions and regulations, which include: the bank not guaranteeing the capital, and not specifying a fixed amount for profit but rather an agreed-upon percentage if profit is made. If there is a loss, it is borne by the capital, and the bank does not bear anything unless it has been negligent or transgressed. Otherwise, it would be prohibited, as it would constitute a guarantee of part of the capital. Among the legitimate controls is that the bank must commit to investing the money in permissible areas. As for the bank never incurring a loss, this is not a valid consideration and does not prohibit dealing with it.
