Does receiving financial compensation affect the intention of working purely for the sake of Allah Almighty?

If a good deed is done purely for the sake of Allah, then whatever worldly gains accrue to the doer afterward do not affect or diminish their reward. Money given out of love for Allah should not be rejected, based on the hadith: "Whatever comes to you from this [world] while you are not covetous nor a beggar, then take it; and what does not, then do not pursue it." And whoever has a kindness shown to them should reciprocate it or supplicate for its doer. Accepting what is undeserved, if done without covetousness, is considered a kindness.
