What is the ruling on proposing to a girl who adheres to all the conditions of the legitimate Islamic veil (hijab) except for covering the face?

Scholars have differed concerning the ruling on covering the face, and the preponderant opinion is that it is obligatory. It is advisable to seek a girl who accepts covering her face. If such a girl is not found, then there is no harm in proposing to this girl, as the difference of opinion regarding the ruling on covering the face is strong, and the view that it is recommended has its validity.
