Is supplicating against the unjust mother-in-law considered disobedience to the husband, given that the wife is wronged and does not supplicate for anything specific other than for God to take revenge on her and unleash His soldiers upon her?

The Islamic Sharia has permitted the oppressed to supplicate against their oppressor, based on Allah Almighty’s saying: {Allah does not like the public utterance of evil, except by one who has been wronged} [An-Nisa’: 148], and the Prophet, peace be upon him, said: "Beware of the supplication of the oppressed, for there is no barrier between it and Allah." However, it is better to forgive the oppressor, as it is a characteristic of the pious and a cause for Allah’s forgiveness. Therefore, there is no harm in supplicating against the husband's mother if she has committed injustice, but forgiveness is better.
