ما حكم تعليق الأجراس في رقاب الغنم التي تتبع الراعي؟

If the sound of the bell is intended for pleasure and amusement, then it is forbidden, due to the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "The angels do not accompany a group that has a bell." However, if its purpose is to gather livestock and have them follow the shepherd, then there is no harm in it for the sake of benefit. Yet, if the shepherd can do without it by using something that takes its place, that is better.
