The answer

The madhy (pre-seminal fluid) is impure (najis), and its emission necessitates washing the male organ and performing ablution (wudu), based on the statement of Ali ibn Abi Talib, may Allah be pleased with him: "I was a man who experienced frequent madhy, so I asked a man to inquire of the Prophet, may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him, due to the position of his daughter (Fatima, who was Ali's wife). He inquired, and the Prophet said: 'Perform ablution (wudu) and wash your male organ.'" Therefore, every prayer performed after the emission of madhy must be repeated if the male organ was not washed and ablution was not performed for it.
