Is it obligatory to wake up after two hours for the Asr prayer, or is it permissible to delay it until six o'clock, taking into consideration the times of the other prayers?

Prayer is a great pillar of Islam, and it must be performed at its legally prescribed times. Delaying it beyond its time without a valid legal excuse is a major sin. It is permissible to delay the Dhuhr prayer to perform it at home in congregation, provided that its time does not expire. It is permissible to sleep before the Asr prayer time enters, even if its time expires during sleep, because one who is sleeping is not held accountable, with the obligation to take measures to wake up.
