Is it permissible to deliberately delay the Dhuhr prayer to perform it half an hour before the Asr prayer due to sleeping after returning from work?

The time for Dhuhr prayer begins when the sun declines from its zenith until the shadow of everything becomes equal to its length. It is permissible to sleep before the Dhuhr time enters, as long as you intend to perform it within its time. However, if you sleep after the time has entered, it is not permissible unless you know you will wake up before the time expires, or you have appointed someone to wake you up. If you wake up and perform the Dhuhr prayer half an hour or less before the 'Asr time enters, there is no harm upon you, because you prayed it within its time. Nevertheless, it is better to hasten to perform the prayer at the beginning of its time.
