Where are the places in the Two Holy Mosques where prayers are answered?

There is no Shari evidence proving that the Two Holy Sanctuaries are places where supplications are answered. However, they are two noble places where obedience is magnified and its reward multiplied, and disobedience is amplified and its danger increased.
