If you follow the view of the majority of scholars, there is no Zakat due on your money and gold pounds unless they reach the nisab and a full year passes over them. However, if you follow the view of those who obligate Zakat on permissible jewelry, then the nisab is met with all that you own, and Zakat becomes obligatory on you if a full year passes.
